Damages and Issues
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We are happy to offer a replacement or refund for any product that arrives in poor condition.
- How to Report a Damaged Item: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us at support@tucacosmetics.com within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged product(s).
- Resolution: Once we review your case, we will either issue a replacement or refund the purchase amount, depending on your preference.
Exceptions: Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our cosmetic products, some items are non-returnable once opened or used. These items include:
- Products that have been used or partially consumed.
- Items not in their original packaging or that have been tampered with.
- Clearance or final sale items.
For hygiene and safety reasons, all returns are subject to approval based on product condition.
